Sirisha Moparthi is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience anchoring high-risk people decisions across global, regulated environments. She currently serves as Senior HR Business Partner (Head – APAC) at Milliman, a global actuarial and risk management consulting firm, where she governs complex employee relations, investigations, performance frameworks, and cross-border employment law compliance across 11 countries. She is recognized for bringing calm judgment and ethical clarity to emotionally charged and commercially sensitive situations. Sirisha operates at the intersection of governance and human sensitivity ensuring that decisions are not only compliant, but fair, defensible, and aligned with long-term organizational credibility. Her leadership strengthens trust, protects institutional integrity, and positions HR as a custodian of balanced, values-led decision-making.
