• I am an accomplished Ethics and Compliance advisor with over 20 years of experience developing ethics and compliance frameworks, implementing ethics and governance policies, and managing compliance initiatives. I currently advise businesses in embedding AI Ethics and Governance in their AI applications/ platforms. • I am also an AI ethics researcher with multiple papers presented in conferences and workshops, including NeurIPS and ASIS&T SIG-SI. • I am a Doctorate on ethical issues contributed by human computer interaction related gaps in AutoML tools from University of Bordeaux. My thesis focussed on examining the compliance with EU AI Act while using AutoML from the lens of Human Computer Interaction features. • As a Fellow and Board Member of ForHumanity, a non-profit focused on auditing AI systems, I contributed to the Risk Management Framework for AI system audits and criteria for EU AI Act conformity assessment. • I am engaged in shaping AI standards in India (for Ministry of Telecommunication) and involved as an expert for ISO SC 42 WG3 representing India. • I also teach a graduate course on AI Ethics at Symbiosis Institute of Technology and function as a learning manager for Business of AI certification course at London Business School. • I also collaborate with a policy think tank in India to create tailored newsletter for Members of Parliament in India.
