Dr. Sai Giridhar, PhD, is a People Strategist, Leadership Facilitator, and Chief People Officer dedicated to building values-driven, high-performance organizations. Dr. Sai has a PhD in Clinical Biochemistry (Cardiology) and was one of the founding members of the Sri Sathya Sai Centre for Human Values. Dr. Sai is certified Executive Leadership Coach and designs transformational leadership journeys that integrate science, Indian wisdom, especially from the Bhagavad Gita and Teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, with modern corporate strategy and governance. He has more than 14 years of experience in Learning and development. Currently serving as CPO at SKN Organics, a fast-scaling Indian pharmaceutical company, he is architecting ethical, values-anchored people pipelines rooted in Human Values along with advising the Managing Director in corporate strategy. His work spans transformation strategies, competency frameworks, promotion-readiness models, leadership dashboards, and culture systems that combine operational rigor with emotional intelligence and empathy. Known for his minimalist yet reflective facilitation style, Dr. Sai brings together structure and soul aligning character with competence and performance with purpose. Saikat is a Technology Director at Nasscom AI, where he supports key AI Initiatives and drives the technology charter focussed on innovation, trust & ecosystem-scale AI adoption. He is an experienced AI leader with over 20 years in Data Science and AI. His career spans various roles, including university faculty member, corporate research manager, and, most recently, AI ecosystem enabler. Prior to NASSCOM, Saikat has worked in Conduent Labs, GE Global Research & Linkoping University, Sweden. Saikat holds a PhD in Applied Statistics from the University of Twente Netherlands and engineering degrees from IISc Bangalore and IIEST Shibpur.

Krish Shankar is an HR professional with around four decades of experience and has led HR functions in organizations like Hindustan Unilever/Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Philips and Infosys, where he retired as Group Head of Human Resources. He is an Independent Director with Indira IVF Hospital Ltd, a Founding Mentor with Crossmentors, a visiting Professor at XLRI and also does some strategic consulting, in addition to working with a non-profit. Shankar holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, and has an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from Stanford, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University, Birmingham. Shankar is the author of ‘Catalyse- Power Up your People Ecosystem’. He was also the President of National HRD Network in India from 2019-2021. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by XLRI in 2019.
