Dr. Sai Giridhar, PhD, is a People Strategist, Leadership Facilitator, and Chief People Officer dedicated to building values-driven, high-performance organizations. Dr. Sai has a PhD in Clinical Biochemistry (Cardiology) and was one of the founding members of the Sri Sathya Sai Centre for Human Values. Dr. Sai is certified Executive Leadership Coach and designs transformational leadership journeys that integrate science, Indian wisdom, especially from the Bhagavad Gita and Teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, with modern corporate strategy and governance. He has more than 14 years of experience in Learning and development. Currently serving as CPO at SKN Organics, a fast-scaling Indian pharmaceutical company, he is architecting ethical, values-anchored people pipelines rooted in Human Values along with advising the Managing Director in corporate strategy. His work spans transformation strategies, competency frameworks, promotion-readiness models, leadership dashboards, and culture systems that combine operational rigor with emotional intelligence and empathy. Known for his minimalist yet reflective facilitation style, Dr. Sai brings together structure and soul aligning character with competence and performance with purpose. He believes sustainable growth begins within, and that enlightened leadership is a disciplined daily practice, not just an idea.
