He has more than 14 years of experience in Learning and development. Currently serving as CPO at SKN Organics, a fast-scaling Indian pharmaceutical company, he is architecting ethical, values-anchored people pipelines rooted in Human Values along with advising the Managing Director in corporate strategy.
