Mr. Kunjvihari Jandhyala is a professional with over 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources. As the Chief-Strategic HR, Tata Power, he heads the areas of HR Strategy, Organisation Design, Talent, Performance & Compensation Management, Learning, Succession Management, HR Technology and HR Shared Services for Tata Power and its Group entities spanning all businesses of Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution and Renewables & New Energy. Prior to this, he had a business stint as Head-Special Projects, reporting to CEO&MD, Tata Power. He was also CHRO of Tata Power Solar, where he was part of the leadership team during the transformational journey of Tata Power Solar. Kunjvihari has completed B.E. (Mech Engg) from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. He is an avid learner and has completed Advanced Management Programme from IIM-Ahmedabad, PG Diploma in Electricity Regulations from Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission and Advanced Certificate Course on Labour Laws & Compliance Audit from NHRDN. He is a certified Tata Business Excellence Model Assessor and Certified Hogan Practitioner and Coach. Kunjvihari is passionate about the Culture & Org Transformation, Sustainability in Power sector, Business Ethics and Workplace Inclusion.
