Shashikala B G is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with over two decades of experience spanning Project Management and people capability development. She began her career in Project Management, where she led complex initiatives and built a strong foundation in execution excellence, process discipline, and stakeholder management. This early exposure continues to shape her structured, business-oriented, and outcome-driven approach to learning and talent development.
She later transitioned into Learning & Development, where she has designed and delivered impactful programs across leadership development, behavioural skills, communication excellence, and organisational capability building. Currently, she heads Learning & Development at Creative Synergies Group, focusing on building future-ready, high-performing teams through human-centred, research-informed, and business-aligned learning strategies.
