Shanthi Naresh is Co-founder of 2nd Careers Inc, a “Future of Work” start-up for experienced hi-calibre talent to connect with opportunities in for-profit and social sector organizations. She is also an Advisor with Mercer Consulting India Pvt Ltd, where she works with Indian and multinational clients on Talent and Transformation initiatives. Prior to her current role, Shanthi was Partner and India Business Leader with Mercer. She has co-authored Mercer’s e-book “ The Human- Centric Enterprise”, and has presented Mercer’s global research and insights at various forums.
Shanthi has over 35 years of experience as a business and HR leader across India, Singapore and the USA. Shanthi is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and the National University of Singapore.
