P. Satyadeep is a seasoned people and business leader with nearly two decades of cross-functional experience across HR, leadership development, and credit risk management. A 2007 graduate, he began his career as a Management Trainee with the TVS Group, going on to spend 9.5 years in diverse HR roles at TVS Motor Company and Sundaram Clayton Ltd., including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and serving as Head of HR at SCL.
He then joined Toyota Financial Services India, where over another 9.5-year journey he led Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Kaizen initiatives. He is a certified TPS Coach and JKK Trainer, recognized for championing fail-safe process design and continuous improvement. In 2025, he transitioned to a business leadership role as Chief Credit Officer, overseeing credit risk, underwriting excellence, regulatory compliance and portfolio health.
Passionate about human potential, Satyadeep is an ICF certified ACC coach, and an NLP practioner. He also enjoys creative writing and is the author of the fiction work "The Allegorical Expedition". He is supported in life by his wife and two sons.
