Lalita, as an HR professional is deeply committed to fostering humane organizations where business success and employee well-being thrive together. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in trust, ethical governance, and empowering managers to become effective people leaders. She firmly believes that the future of leadership will be shaped not by authority alone, but by influence, empathy, and accountability—principles she actively embodies in her professional and community endeavors.
With over 2 decades of experience collaborating with business leaders to design people strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and cultivate workplace culture in global technology and knowledge-driven organizations, Lalita has consistently guided organizations through change while building trust and credibility in People Relations.
Throughout her career at organizations such as Taylor & Francis, HCL Technologies, Cenduit, and 3i Infotech Ltd, Lalita has worked with global stakeholders to align business priorities with sustainable people practices, driving performance, engagement, and governance.
An ICF-ACC certified coach and POSH trainer, Lalita is dedicated to creating inclusive and safe workplaces. She actively mentors mid-level leaders, coaches managers on performance enablement, and champions initiatives focused on mental wellness and gender equity.
Academically, Lalita holds a Master’s in HRM degree from the University of Mumbai, has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore Alumni, and is currently pursuing doctoral research—demonstrating her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and thought leadership.
In addition to her professional achievements, Lalita serves as an Executive Committee Member of the NHRD Bangalore Chapter and actively participates in community and sustainability initiatives.
