Veronica is the Head of Organisational Learning at Ripples Learning, leading Learning Delivery and Solution Consulting. With over 17 years of experience in learning and development—14 of which have been dedicated to delivering training interventions—she is known for her engaging, energetic, and interactive facilitation style.
She leads the Circle of Excellence for Behavioral and Competency Development Programs and has partnered with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups and unicorns to design and deliver impactful, customized learning solutions. Her expertise spans areas such as leadership development, interpersonal skills, business communication, sales mastery, negotiation, customer service excellence, presentation skills, conflict management, and workplace culture.
Veronica has delivered sustained learning interventions for organizations across India and the UK, focusing on aligning organizational culture with core values. Her programs have reached professionals from leading organizations including TCS, IBM, Airtel, JP Morgan, HP, HCL, Northern Trust, and Etihad, among others.
A certified DISC and Learning & Development professional, Veronica specializes in Learning Needs Analysis, psychometric assessments, and building structured behavioral learning pathways. She is also actively involved with Ripples Labs, contributing to initiatives such as the pepTALK Certification model and the community-based goal achievement program “Power Living.”
Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from the University of Teesside, UK, and brings a strong cross-cultural perspective shaped by her experience living and working across geographies.
