Dr. U Suma

Associate Professor and Chairperson of Centre for Sri Sathya Sai Studies
Dr. Suma is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL), Anantapur Campus. Over the years, she has served in various leadership roles, including Head of the Department and Dean of Commerce and Management. Presently, she is the Chairperson for the Centre for Sri Sathya Sai Studies at SSSIHL. Dr. Suma is an alumna of SSSIHL and was honoured with the All-Rounder Gold Medal from the Divine hands of Bhagwan in 1990. She completed her Ph.D. in 2014, focusing on "Top Women Executives in India," a study that examines work-life balance and gender bias in the professional sphere. Her contributions to teaching excellence have also been recognized with the prestigious 'Sai Krishna Award,' presented by SSSIHL.
