Dr. G.Padmavathy is an accomplished academician with over 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, an M.Phil in Marketing, and an MBA in HRM. Additionally, she has qualified NET in Management. Currently serving as Head of the Department of Management and Commerce at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Dr. Padmavathy is a meritorious performer in SSLC and HSC, securing state rank. Her academic journey includes a B.Sc. in Agriculture from TNAU, Coimbatore. She has published several papers in reputed journals, focusing on human resource management, and actively participates and presents papers in national and international conferences. Her areas of expertise include human resource management, organizational behavior, negotiation, and marketing. Holds various administrative positions, including IQAC member and IIC member. Has served as an evaluator for doctoral theses in various universities, showcasing expertise and recognition in the academic community.
