Dishaa Singhal is Vice President – Organisational Learning at Ripples and a seasoned facilitator and consultant with over 20 years of experience in organisational and personal effectiveness. She leads the Management Consulting and Learning Centre for Organisational Development, with deep expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning interventions.
Known for her energetic, engaging, and practical facilitation style, Dishaa creates meaningful learning experiences that are collaborative, relevant, and application-oriented. Drawing on Kolb’s experiential learning model, she has helped professionals across industries build capability in areas such as leadership development, collaborative leadership, negotiation skills, behavioural event interviewing, change management, coaching, competency mapping, and personal effectiveness.
Over the years, she has worked with esteemed organisations such as Etihad, Freudenberg, Comviva, Groz-Beckert, Stanley Black & Decker, JK Fenner, and many others. A Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), Dishaa is also passionate about community building and sustainability. Beyond work, she enjoys music, travel, and fitness.
