Krish Shankar

Independent Director and founding Mentor - Crossmentors, ex-National President, NHRDN
Krish Shankar is an HR professional with around four decades of experience and has led HR functions in organizations like Hindustan Unilever/Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Philips and Infosys, where he retired as Group Head of Human Resources. He is an Independent Director with Indira IVF Hospital Ltd, a Founding Mentor with Crossmentors, a visiting Professor at XLRI and also does some strategic consulting, in addition to working with a non-profit. Shankar holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, and has an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from Stanford, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University, Birmingham. Shankar is the author of ‘Catalyse- Power Up your People Ecosystem’. He was also the President of National HRD Network in India from 2019-2021. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by XLRI in 2019.
