With extensive exposure to the energy sector, particularly Transmission and Distribution, she has played a pivotal role in aligning people practices with business transformation and operational excellence.
Currently, she heads Employee Experience & Talent Management at BSES, the electricity distribution company serving the National Capital Territory of Delhi, where she drives strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, workforce capability building, culture strengthening, and building a future-ready employee experience ecosystem.
