Parna joined ABB in 2017 as ABB India Diversity and Inclusion Leader & Learning and Talent partner for India and Southeast Asia. She is a fungible leader with the drive and courage to seek challenging must-win opportunities.  A curious mind with the hunger to learn continuously and drive innovation with humility and inclusiveness.  Parna is passionate about making people better with a specialization in the area of leadership development.  Prior to ABB, Parna worked for Honeywell and American Express. Parna is also a writer and blogger. Her first book Yours Meera, published last year, is a collection of short stories focusing on the lives of women in our society. The characters are all from the world that we know.  She is recently is working on her next book called The Show Must Go On, which is targeted for all young professionals who wants to make a mark in their personal and professional life in the new dynamic post pandemic world. Parna stays in Bangalore with her pet Labrador Bitti.
